Hi Tigerlily,
I have PM'd you directly.
Regarding Clementiwoods I am not a resident but was also seriously considering moving in there. I changed my mind because we did not want to move from a more spacious condo into a smaller but newer one. Also all the ones that were available for us looked directly into other peoples living spaces and we like to live with windows and curtains open. The distance between buildings in not so great.
Here is what I have found:
This gives you the sizes of units, 3 bedrooms is only 1350sqft (this is a standard size for new condos). The ones with patio or roof terrace are up to 2480sqft, but the internal space would not be any bigger.
The 4 bedroom units are the same size as the 3 bedroom ones with one extra bedroom added, you can see this from the floor plans here:
http://www.singaporeexpats.com/housing- ... .htm#_self.
There is a wet and dry kitchen, which would not be necessary for us, so I considered this to be wasted space. There is also no maids room, only the bomb shelter. I know a lot of people ask their maid to sleep in the bomb shelter, but I prefer to have a proper room for her if possible.
Good on you for doing your research early. Email me if any other condos interest you as I have been doing a lot of leg work myself for looking for larger size condos.
Regards
kwy

Sorry my first post was missing this link.
Also as we did not move in there I am not knowledgeable on the transport situation. It is not near an MRT, but there should be buses that get you into town or to an MRT.
Hope someone else can give you advice on this.

It seems I am not allowed to post that link.
Maybe because it is a rival site for condo searches.
