Im not going for the 21&22 recruitment..cz im residing in penang,malaysia... currently stil studying..complete my studies on apr next year..so,i think if i wana go,mayb wil only go for the dec interview..whts the reason they gav u for nt being successful in the final?by the way,how old r u?if u mind 2 say it here,juz pm me ya

There is but not convenient to reveal. But as long as you look radiant and young, you should be fine.

stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself "i'm mature enough, i'm mature enough, i'm mature enough.." but seriously, mindset is very important! you have to convince yourself and feel mature yourself first, before you can go convince them that you are mature enough, right? but you don't necessary need to use the mirror method la!

Ahahaha...dats exactly wat my fren said too! Lolx! Tell them i'm very ready for this job I'm sure in ur case, it's already 1.5 yrs passed...they'll definitely find u more matured than b4! Maybe dressing plays a part? I dunno...just a thought. Coz i like the way scarlett johansson dresses, VERY MATURED

Hmm, personally, i think it's be wierd if they don't ask u and u suddenly tell them that u're matured for the job.

They Might probably have a record of u failing your previous already and so they may ask u "Why did u fail your first management interview?"

I dunno. One of my friend got asked that.


But, it depends on where the conversation is going actually....
If u think its okay for u to speak about the past and tell them "u are ready for it now", then go ahead and tell them..

Or they might ask u, "Is there anything u wanna tell us?".
