Actually I know the fastest way to lose weight....
It isn't healthy But if ure desperate, u can try...
Eat once/ twice a day. BEst if u skip dinner.
If u really must eat, go vegetarian everyday.
But u must check with your body and see if it can take the change.
I'm used to eating once a day. Caught that habit while studying for the As. Not very good but effective. Used to eat only fruits, drink 2 litres of water a day and have 1 main meal.
Don't do it long term though.

this forum is all about support, isn`t it? policies and procedures changes all the time. it`s always good to have new, updated information. the people who were around for pages 1 to 50 are not necessarily around anymore.

You do not need to have to plan a speech.
You just need to have in mind roughly what you are gonna say...
I think the rest will come naturally to you....
Don't worry ok?
Actually I'm also nervous but lets all not get nervous!!!!!
I'm working part-time while waiting for my A Level results.. How about you?
can tell that you are very young, i guess you are 19yr old rite? i am currently working and studying.

How could you tell that I am young?
Was it just because of my last sentence?
Well, I'm not 19 yet. But i'll turn 19 this August. Yupp.
Come along Taurus. Just have fun.

Sorry for my late reply.
yeah. Im going thru the course now. Next month I'll be doing my SNY already. Well. Althou i kinda disagree with how Matt10 put people off. However, it's true that the question is going over and over again.
My advice. is.... IF you wanna go?! Just go!! U've got my support. There's no need for fear or lack of confidence. when u're there. ur confidence level will automatically increase according to the pressure you get.
I may accompany my fren to that interview. So see ya guys there.

yeahh man, you never know until you try! and koko is right, no need to be scared! it will be scary if you want it to be, but then just take it as an opportunity to do what you want to do and enjoy yourself there!
for the educational requirements part, don`t be scared! i mean, it is an experience you can "keep" anyways.
you still have time to consider about it!

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
