Hw many interviewers are there durin the management interviewer?Hw long will it take n is it as gruelling as you think?Any diificult questions tat u hav encountered during this round?

Thanks!
2 interviewers.. one is a VP and one is a manager

It takes about 20 mins.. mine was about 15 mins.. my friend took almost an hour! It really depends on how hard they wanna grill you.

Yes it is very gruelling.. think they are testing how fast you can respond to difficult questions... i had a few difficult questions but it's really too hard to explain by typing here because it involves various things that i had said and they ask the questions from there..

JustMe,

How did the upper management pple see your teeth ? when you talked or after the interview, they asked you to open your mouth to examine your teeth ?

During the interview, were you standing or sitting ?

The cosmetic surgery cost 3K ? So those who were asked to correct their teeth have to undergo this surgery ? After the surgery, you will go back and let them inspect your teeth ?

Seems weird. Don't know what those management pple are thinking

hi those who went for the kebaya check previously, can i know how far away did the lancome beautician stand away from you? 1m? 2m? or she scrutinize your face, neck and lower arms very closely? did she check the legs too? will she take a pimple into consideration, though pimple will disappear in no time? hope someone can help me solve my queries. thank you very much!

JustMe,

What was their ideal BMI ? I heard those too skinny or those too big sized were eliminated ?
Do they look at your BMI or your build during the catwalk round ?

Hi..
Does anyone knows any SQ gal who are shorter then 1.58m?
Cause some of my friends from SQ told me that some lucky gals manage to become a cabin crew even though they are shorter then 1.58m.

Seng wrote: Oh.. Just for your info, almost all flight attendents are staying in the East of Singapore, in then Tampines. To be more exact, the Tampines East area such as Street 21, 23,24 are famous for spotting SIA girls other than the airport. Most of them rent a room or the house as it is nearer and easier to take a cab travelling by the PIE leading to the Airport.

My poly friend works in the airport as an Airport Executive with CAAS, and he commented that these days.... SIA girls when not working in the planes... are quite 'chor-lor' when dining at the restaurants in Changi Airport... the way they walk, sit, talk, eat....etc.

Anyway, the present Army 'Ali-baba bag' issued to the recruits in Tekong are now fitted with wheels. and we joked that they are known as the Singapore Boys.

hi seng,I have a few questions for you,if you don't mind, could you leave ur email address pls?Thank you!

Go see a GP, ask the doctor to write a note certifying your height.

If you are around 157.5cm, sure the measuring person-in-charge close one eye, depending your luck and your 'sa-jiao' skill. Some simple trick to pull are tip-toe and raise your head a bit higher, totally stand straight, butts up, chest up. don't slouch for goodness sake. Do the 'sedia' position.

If you are 157.0 to 157.9cm, wear high heels or do something to your hair when going for the interview. Do some 'lengthening' stretches.

Important tip: Go see doctor, best is govt. polyclinics early in morning as soon as you wake up as you are at your best height as while you are sleeping, your spine relax and thus, stretch vertically.
