hi peepz,

I went for the interview today and was one of the lucky ones who got into 2nd round interview.

Actually, it doesn't matter what you talk about. The first round of interview is more of a screening exercise. They go by ur size, looks, and confidence.

I wasn't fluent for my intro, and fumble quite abit.
There are others in my group who spoke so fluent, so confident, yet they didn't got in.

So be sure you dress well, have the right figure to fit nicely into kebaya, good complexion to withstand weather changes when you fly, and well-aligned teeth with a nice smile!

I don't thing i got through second, i saw others filling up forms but i didn't get to do that. >.< The interviewer claim that i've got a 'vampire' teeth peeking out when i smile, though i think it's quite subtle!

Oh well, it's been quite an experience actually.
Good luck to those who's gonna go for the 3rd rounds!!

=D

hi there, may i know what's your height like?

I have a similar problem too. I have quite a lot of dark marks on my arms 'cos I used to scratch the skin after mosquito bites... (Sob)
I went to see a dermatologist lately and he said that the marks can be gotten rid of completely in about 6 months. All I need is to use some cleanser, toner and a cream. It's not so serious that I have to go under laser correction.

And I'm applying for SIA this time round also. The marks will still be there if they shortlist me and I turn up for the interview. But I just hope that they'll accept my reason and at least give me some probation about the skin situation....

hi, me too my scar is on my lower legs. i wonder will they accept me if they seen those scars. how is your interview btw?

I don't have to worry about the scars now.. Haha. Didn't even make it pass the 1st round group interview. But I heard that for SIA the focus will be more on lowers arms which can be seen outside the kebaya. And you'll be wearing stockings with the uniform also.. shouldn't be a prob i think. good luck!

Hi Girls...

I used to have vampire teeth too..... protruding out when I smile and laugh...

I went to put on braces at the age of 18... and I removed it only 4 years later... which is at 22...

I spend a lot of money...but afterall it's all worthwhile because... I have straight nice teeth now... and I smile with confidence! I dont have to think twice before I laugh loud... where all these all my concerns in the past.

And dont forget..it's not just for Air Stewardess job, but your teeth is for lifetime!

Some of my Stewardess friends have their braces removed before joining SIA!
So why dont you girls give a thought of putting on braces..since we are still young!
