Hi, I was accepted back in 2020, but I emailed them instead of waiting for an invitation email! Not sure if anybody got an invitation email

Hello dear fellow SIA cabin crews,

I have a question here and I'm hoping you guys can help me out. So actually I am from Malaysia and was recruited by SIA back in 2020 but I was told that I'm not able to work due to lockdown. Recently I'm finding my way back to the cabin crew and applied for the position but I haven't receive any email from the HR.

I tried to contact the crew that contacted me last time but unfortunately she had already resigned which left me nobody to seek help. So I'm here sincerely asking for help, whether you guys have any email that I can reach out? Please DM me if you have any info on this. I would highly appreciate it.

Thank you guys so muchhhh, I hope y'all have a wonderful day.

For guys skin check, they will ask you to roll up your sleeves and remove watches if any, they will check for scars on your forearm. And they do also will ask you to remove your mask and check for your face complexion. But not sure of how strict they will be.

For skin check, best is to conceal any blemishes you might have but still have to keep your overall look natural i.e. don’t overdo the makeup :) they did ask to remove your mask and flash a smile at every round of the interview, but were more stringent during the actual skin check round. I did see some candidates with active acne/bumpy skin being rejected. For myself, I don’t have active pimples but I do have a bit of old acne dark spots which I concealed using concealer. Managed to pass all rounds. I think skin texture matters more!

Anyone know how long should we wait after the medical check up? Will SIA let us know if we fail the medical check up?
