Taking one for the team and started with my test first to see what is it about. :) It's generally just questions pertaining to your personality :)

There were 2 parts to the test, Part 1: Personality Test and Part 2: Leadership & Motivation.

Part 1 of the test consists of 60 questions in total. You'll be given 2 statements and you'll have to choose one.

Part 2 of the test consists of 56 questions in total. It's similar to Part 1, however for part 2, you'll be given an incomplete sentence such as "I tend to...". You'll also be given two statements and would have to choose one to complete the sentence.

... And that was mostly it!

Hope this helps everyone! :D

When I was a kid, I dreamt of becoming a cabin crew. Once I grew up I decided to become a content writer. Currently I work at exclusive paper. I feel that I have to quit and pursue my dream of a childhood.

Heads up, with the new interview system the second round is straight in debate round , kebaya then management round.
hey! do you mind sharing what the skin check is like? I have a scar on my forearm and am wondering about the process on how they check for scars on arms and legs :)

The skin check round, they make you stand under the ceiling light check ur face and arms and legs and ur walk
thank you for letting me know!! can i just check with you, how thoroughly do they check for scars on arms? do they just check wrist or the whole arm and for how long? sorry for asking so much, im a little worried about this

@tellmemore Don’t worry they will definitely contact you, but give them some time. I would guess probably wait until January/February? Just be patience since they need to handle and arrange a lot of candidates.
I waited total of 4 months until I started training last month. I’m Malaysian too and did my interview in KL around June. Congrats for passing the interview!

hey!! i was previously KIVed for skin issues haha so i understand how you feel - generally they check your face first, they’ll ask you to face up and tilt left right under the ceiling (yellow-ish) light mainly to check for visible bumps. then they move down and ask you stretch our both arms and they’ll just take a brief look and they didnt even check my legs haha although i was slightly worried about this scar i have on my ankle. i think the rule of thumb is if as long as you can cover it up with makeup youre good to go:) all the best!
