Hi, may I know the reason SIA is having recruitment so frequently? Is it because the turnover rate is high or those who are recruited can't be guaranteed a job, i.e. they might be failed/kicked-out during training?

I saw the news they target to hire more than 1,000 cabin crew in 2019 but not sure the main reason

I am wondering if it is normal to wait more than 1 month. I remembered the instruction received was the result will be notified within a month? If it's been more than a month, does that mean I am accepted or rejected?

I am Singaporean. Went for medical on same day as you. Availability is end november.

I waited 2 weeks even though told them 1 week availability, so for your case they would probably inform you even later since yours is availability in 2 months... else could be that you might have failed medical checkup, I read that this candidate got her rejection letter 1.5 months after her medical.
