1) What are the travel incentives cabin crews are entitled to? I.e. 1 round flight for anyone including spouse? Discounts on star alliance or SPG accommodation?

2) What is the progression like for cabin crew? I.e. Roughly 7 years min for each promotion? Will cabin crew take on management position on ground crew?

3) How is the rest & flying time calculated after each flight? I.e. 7hours flight = 1 day rest before flying back?

4) Are the additional monetary incentives subjected to CPF deduction?

5) Current lowest and highest monthly income?

6) Number of annual leaves? Will it increase as you progress?

7) Does education background play any part in progression?

I guess thats all for now.
Thanks!

Hi there!

May I ask if anyone got through their interview with their braces still on? And if so, was it a big issue? Thank you!

hi guys! may i ask if they take ur height and weight when u first arrive for the interview, way before going in by groups of 10?

im on the heavy side but i want to use the first round as a practice interview since i haven't gone for interviews for some time. lol would be so funny if i were to get turned away because of my big butt.

thank you!

I tried but they replied. "No updates yet. Will reach out with you once all the authorities have cleared."
Thought suppose to be within 3 weeks to 2 months. Very rare took the maximum days of 2 months to get our work pass approved.

I went for the interview on the 13th Oct, they will first check your height (reach for the line) to ensure you meet the height requirement first before asking you to proceed to register and submit your application form.

Yeah they will look at you and if you look tall they will skip the initial process, as for the weight they will take it at the fitting stage (after management round). I passed the interview and done my medical, now I’m just waiting for their call for confirmation :) The suspense is real though :<
