If they call u for medical in sg after passing KL medical. Does it mean u are halfway there? Should u resign and move to sg and wait for the result, or to be safe, go sg medical, come back and work, wait for email/call thennnn tender?

Please do not resign first. One my fren passed her medical in msia, but failed her medical in Singapore. And the reason she failed was confidential.

This was happened on last month. Why don't u try to email them and ask How's ur progress for work permit application since it has been a month.
