SIA cabin crew
Re: SIA cabin crew
Hello everyone. First time posting here because I really need some advice. I am planning to attend the walk in interview this coming Saturday, 10th of March.
I have a tattoo on the back of my neck about the size of a 50cents coin. It will not be visible with a bob haircut.
I will definitely declare this on the application form. But I was wondering if I should still give it a shot or basically just forget about it?
Thank you.

Hello! Have you gotten any news? The April training dates are out and they should have called you alreadyrubyyy wrote:oh no:( yea i've checked many times! but i have yet to receive anything...redvelvet1234 wrote:You should have been notified if you’ve passed the medical checkup within 1 month after your checkup tho! Even those who went for November got the call after 1 month to inform that they’ve passed. (Even for those who stated availability in March/April) Have you checked your email/letterbox?rubyyy wrote:

Hey. Thank you for the reply. I actually am considering tattoo removal. But I'm not sure are they willing to give a chance?redvelvet1234 wrote:Heybananacat wrote:Hello everyone. Thank you.they might ask you to lift up your hair to check your neck, would advise you to maybe remove your tattoo/conceal if you really want the job
but u may still consider going for the interview on 10th March as skin check will only be conducted the next day (11th March) at STC!
And usually for this situation is it an instant rejection?

They’re definitely against tattoos especially on visible areas around the neck, hands and legs, it might be instant rejection if they find out.. I’ve been through the skin check and they check thoroughly for any scars/tattoobananacat wrote:Hey. Thank you for the reply. I actually am considering tattoo removal. Re: SIA cabin crew
Hi all! I'm super new here - just started scrolling thru this thread about a week ago. I'm really interested to go for the SIA cabin crew interview but I'm in a dilemma.
I've booked a holiday this December and I will be away for about 2 weeks. Do you guys think I should just go for the interview this Saturday (10 March) and let them know that I can either
1. start training now and take unpaid leave during my holiday
or
2. state my date of availability as late December or January 2019.
I heard that they will only hold the position for a maximum of 6 months IF I get accepted so I don't think the 2nd option is possible..
Or should I just wait for the next interview session?
Thanks in advance!!!!

Hello guys. I went for the walk in interview on the 10th March and passed everything. But I got KIV because of my braces. Anybody else here got KIV-ed too? A bit nervous because how it’ll be after I get KIV. Any body can share their experience?

They are just waiting for you to remove braces, after that see you again, then medical, and wait for results. You cannot train with braces.

Nope they don’t allow training with braces, it’s stated in the application form.geoffreymogeogeo wrote:Nothing will happen.JGambit wrote:Hello guys.
