There are a fair share of people who went for their medical on the 11 and 12 and got called up and didn't get called up. And they are immediate too. Wait awhile more! I have to wait until June before I can even send in my pending document sigh.. My anxiety is building up day by day. And do they call everyone's our previous employer? Are they going to call our close friends whom we state in our application form as well?

Hey Stormshining, how do you know you have to wait till june? Did they call you? As for the prev employers, I think they only randomly pick some, not all.

Hi Cjn, does this mean that for everyone they will definitely call one previous employer? Because for NS personels they said that we have to submit our NS Cert first because we get the results.
