weird that your whole group actually failed kebaya round. did u girls go in one by one or all 4 together? maybe the interviewers bad mood.

My qns was do u think social media is gd or bad? My time slot was 10am but i onlywent into the room for the mgmt round at 1130am

Its strange too i think..coze we all failed. Its like if they didnt like the 4 of us then y select the 4 of us & later failing us all..& we were called as 4 tgt & later saying i m sorry u all didnt make it:(

We went into the room to see our mgmt interviewers in the kebaya individually..

Mine was the 9.00am slot but i waited till 10.45 then go into the interview room....

My question was about internet censorship which i have totally no ideal what is it.... i anyhow bullshit and was manage to get through My group the two best speaker was not choosen.

Guess they dont wan good speaker as they scare we talk back to customer if the customer post us a question ?!

Wwnt to kebaya round .. Able to find my size in a rush btw the top part of the uniform is really tight !! I cant breath after i squeeze in and run into the interview room ... Got one mid age women commented on my shoulder say one side is abit higer !! (scare me lor )

Then she comment say i hunchback... ask me to stand super straight ... Other then that she also comment on two small super tiny pimple on my forehead. then she give me a

look really scare me !!!

Then was ask to change my clothes and wait outside.. My two groupmate both was under review due to saggy ass and underweight.

In the next min i was told that i made it !! OMG super happy

Made it to medical checkup now waiting for result !!

Super worry anyone waiting for result ??

i guess i must've seen you, haha. i was the last girl on Sunday to go for the kebaya check... i was told that i am KIV

was not even told to see the management interviews with the kebaya on, but i did see four of your girls outside the mgmt room.
however the checker who told me i'm on KIV said they would call me back "sometime in august" even though the next interview is on 13 july (i was thinking i'd be back for review on 14th)... there was no mention if i need to go for the interviews again.

maybe they did not mean to "fail" you, since they also did not specifically mentioned "review" to me, only that i'm KIV and was just sent to change back and go home.

After the kebaya check..did u have to wear the kebaya & see the mgmt interviewers?

I guess tat only applies to tat panel of interviewees coze when I was done wit the kebaya check waiting to go back to see the mgmt pple, I saw a gal from my day 1 intv and she was gg to the room to get changed into the kebaya. After I have changed out of the kebaya, she have alrdy rcvd her medical check up form..

She did the kebaya check later than me & got her final results earlier than me

if they r gg to call u sometime in august means they hv intv in august ?

at least u didnt fail & need not start the whole process all over again

for my case, I have to start all over again..

I told myself, nvm jus go again next mth & be very well prepared for it.

Most impt whether fail or not..must not lose confidence in myself

hmm i dun think this is true lah...why will they reject good speakers? cos we do need to communicate with caucasian passengers and i heard they sent some to british council for eng classes. i think i spoke quite okay, though i was nervous but i still kept cool, spoke clearly and well. the other 3 who got in with me spoke quite well too. it was the other 2 who gt rejected who fumbled abit in their speech. i think it really depends on the interviewers.

That's how I feel, it all boils down to your individual interviewers. I did not make any mistakes in my passage, others stumbled.. but I got booted out.

No nome of us need to see the interviewer with kebaya.. Yes they say in front of her she have saggy ass... So bad lor

Previously I fail mgt round twice with confident speaking and no mistake on passage.

This time the debate I have no confident and I say very very little like two sentence only...

But I'm glad that my passage was the inflight announcement . My group mate commented say I sound good in reading the announcement

. Although I skip some words I don't know how to read. :p

hi guys, first post. i was at the last interview but was KIV at the kebaya round.. apparently they frequently tell people they are on KIV either underweight or overweight or saggy butt etc. so its quite common guys, nothing to worry about i guess or be embarrassed, coz the HR is very professional

How is it conducted?
Are they more lenient or more fierce?
