The selection process is slow because they have to make sure they are fair to each applicant. I don't think they prefer Singaporeans more, there are batches where the majority are malaysians. Remember that they are selecting people that can help the brand name. There is no point for the company if they only choose a certain nationality and disregard the person's character or qualities.
As for the skin check, if they spend time telling people what the "problem" is, not only would they waste time, but they might open a flood gate of problems. Imagine if i check you and i say that there is a scar on your neck, but in your opinion you feel that the scar is too small. But however you do not see that the scar is actually very obvious because another person might see it another way. So you see, it will be a clash of opinions.
The company is selecting people, it is not holding the interview to tell you in detail what is "wrong" with you.
Thirdly, what would you achieve from giving feedback about the slow process? The interview process has been like this for a long time.
I would advise you to just keep trying. And if you really want to know what is "wrong", you could visit a skin specialist and seek their advise and treatments. Then try again.
There are many people who do this and make it for the next interview. So just keep trying!
Good Luck!

And they seem to prefer Singaporeans more than Malaysians, I hope they can be more fair!
The lady eliminated me for skin check, but never tell me what is the reason. How I wish she can be more polite.
I wish I can be considered in upcoming interview, as I was very patient during the last recruitment.
Where can I feedback about the lady? Sheez
