Actually 25 Sep I have been there alr. But in the 3 round "skin check" already unsuccessful.

Thanks FYI becca87. I will just go and try it out. I will also bring proof (From SPF and SAF website salary structure) that the Higher Nitec Cert is higher then GCE 5 'O' Level. Anyway no harm trying. The most they just reject me. It ok... So are you going for the interview on 6th Nov 2010?

Hey guys..i went 2nd medical check up for scholiois. And i still got in! recieve a call from mary today and a confirmation email.I change my notice period of 3 mths to immediate by writing them a letter and they call me the next day.

My training would be on 21 oct.anyone too?

Good luck for those trying on 6 nov!

Hello guys. Quick questions.

Has anyone (or someone you know) failed the medical check up but then rectified their medical problem and then went for the interview again and got accepted eventually?

Cause if I fail the medical check up, I thought of rectifying the problem I have and then go for the interview again but not sure if that would be okay.

Secondly, those whose availability is 3 months/December 2010, have you received call from Mary?

my notice period is 3 months, start period dec 2010 or jan 2011, have not received any news from mary yet...hopefully i'll pass..

@limmy_85: Yes, my availability is 3 months too, December 2010 and have yet to receive any call. But I'm expecting bad news cause I had to go for an additional scan and the doctor said my thyroid is pretty big.

I hope it's nothing. But I keep telling myself it's bad news so if its really bad news, I won't be very devastated. But if everything works out, yea, we could be batch mates. =)
