120 and below, above that would be considered not very ideal. Google up on healthy heart rate for more info.

Thanks drumx. I think 120 is blood pressure, not heart rate? Btw, you with SQ now?

Hey, I know this is not addressed to me, but I think I can answer this. I just completed all rounds today and I believe it's their own staff who is conducting the skin check.

There is a huge flood light on the floor. You stand behind it, in the beam, and answer some questions. They might ask you to lift your fringe if you have one and then, walk back and forth.

So as long as your skin is smooth and you can cover small pimples with concealer, you will be fine. I had 2 pretty bad zits under my fringe and 1 small one above my lip, but I still made it.

Hope that helps!

I made it thru with 80. Not sure if anyone fail due to heart rate.
I was from the last recruitment, will be starting my training on the 18th. So can be considered not entirely with SQ now.
Keep Moving Forward!!!

@purrrie

the review is stricter compared to normal kebaya round done by one staff.

it is done by 3 sia staff. no flood light for review round. self introduction, smile and 360 degree check on ur overall appearance.

@everything
they look at ur BMI. just make sure ur weight is within ur height's BMI healthy range, this would be acceptable for them.

Hello everyone. I passed all the rounds. Going for medical check-up soon. Hopefully it all works out.

For those who did not succeed, keep trying. I've spoke to a cabin crew who got in on his 8th try. So, don't give up.

If you need to know anything, feel free to ask me. I'll do my best to help. I'm a guy by the way, so I'd have no idea how they conduct the kebaya round.

i didnt make it due to my braces :( the interviewer during the skin check was very nice and told me to try after i remove my braces in dec. So i hope this helps for those who are on braces and intending to join :)

Initally i was quite dejected but I guess its just not my time yet!

To those who are intending to join, go for it. Dont be afraid. If its gonna be your first time, go get the experience and the feel of the whole interview process. So that the next time round you try, you will be a whole lot more confident.

For certificate queries, as long as you have 5 'O' levels credit (min) and DIP/DEG, they will pass you but im not sure is it regardless of any institutions. At the Cert check, they will just ask you to produce your highest qualification cert (thats what happened to me) so please remeber to bring!

They will take your height to make sure you are above 158cm. if you are exactly 158cm then you have to take the height test.

At the skin check round there will be small lamp stand on the floor. You have to do a simple catwalk and then stand beside the light. The interviewer will then check your lower arms, nape of your neck and face for visible scars/tattoos. While checking, she will ask a few questions so just have to answer :)

The skin check is subjective i guess? i saw this girl with a obvious scar on her nose and she still got through. I guess its all about your personality and if your scars/pimples are concealable.

the rest of the round I m not sure so probably those who got through can share :)

so all the best to those who are trying again! remember to smile and be sincere :)
