hi just wondering did you guys go for any talk or just prepare everything by yourselves? i am thinking of gg for luke's talk before the next walk-in to prep myself because i really dont know any other way to prepare. hope can get some advice from you all! :D
hi there, not too sure about others but i believed the 3 of us did not attend any seminar. Actually you can just spend sometime read through forums there are a lot of helpful postings where they mentioned on the possible questions asked during the interview. First of all you need to go through self introduction round, then proceed to a memory card game and 1-to-1 interview in round 2. Once you cleared round 2 you will proceed to round 3 where you will have your skin checked and then next proceed to kebaya stage and then to the final round which is the management round. I heard there are some changes in the sequence of certain rounds. I am not too sure as the one i mentioned were what i have gone through during the January intake this year.

Its just some kinda discussion topic for us to debate on. You can agree or disagree with the comments by others. Some sort of open-ended discussion. The topic given to me and the other 3 girls are " How do you think of pre-arranged marriage?" They just want to have some ideas on your personality and mentality to see if you are the candidates that they are looking for. No right or wrong answers. The interviewers are extremely friendly and they do not post any stress or pressure. Its more like some kinda friendly chit-chat sessions to me. :)

So I graduate from school next May. Is it okay if I go for the Dec interview (if there's one)? Either Dec or Jan.. I just can't wait. Hahaha. And I did braces before, but it has been quite awhile and my top row of teeth has jut out a bit and one of my teeth from the bottom also shifted. Im not planning on doing braces again, maybe do a new set of retainers but if I just leave it,do you think it's fine?

:/

i'm just curious. after you have passed your medical, when will the training commence? one month later or two months later or more than that?

hey! i'm also graduating frm sch next may. Yup, its ok to go for interview in dec/jan, they won't reject your application at registration, its within 6 months if the rule hasn't changed. I guess don't wear your retainers to the interview, people got rejected even at registration for their braces even though they say they'll be taken off really soon.. yupyup!

girl, i have metioned below in previous post.... can only wait for sg walk in le...

yes it is only for malaysian.
have a friend who is a singapore citizen went to KL walk in interview, was told only malaysia citizen allowed
another friend of me, a PRC citizen but holding Singapore PR went to Singapore walk in, was rejected too as singapore walk in only for singapore and malaysian citizen.

therefore, i believe if they mention is for malaysian citizen in their requirement, then they are strict on it....

i see. thanks so much for the information!

i heard that SIA usually hold their walk-ins 3-4 times a yr. the last one was already the 3rd one. i wonder if they will be holding another one anytime soon.

I have read in other forums that if you fail the medical checkup you'll probably recieve a call within 2 weeks. Any wait longer than 2 weeks most probably you'll be in. Just tt they are settling other employment stuff.
