Babe,those shorlisted ones for the write-in was notified a month ago.And i received their mail to come for the interview which is held on the 26 Feb at the STC.Its for those who couldnt attend for the 20 march walk-in.And Shirini is right, looks like u got to wait for another opening before they'll give u a reply that if u're shortlisted.

Alexis19, when i submitted the mail to them.Within 2-3 days, i got a reply from them.

i think i was too late in submitting. i just sent the email 2 days ago.
Another opening should be a few months later right?

it's been two agonising weeks, waiting for THE call.

what does it actually mean when i don't hear from them for two weeks after i have done my medical?

hi ilnew, if u r from msia, usuali takes a mth 4 them to cal u bek. U hv to wait. Dun cal them as of now.

Hey ilnew, you'll definitely hear from them no matter what.. understand your anxiety haha these 2 weeks are the hardest to pass. I heard from them only on the last day of the 2 weeks. So hang in there!

yeah, these two weeks have been really horrible. but it's now slightly more than two weeks and i still have not heard anything from them! i wonder what this means!

and how does one know if he/she gets rejected?

i understand that it might take slightly longer for foreign crews because of the clearance of the employment pass, more medical checks, etc. but i'm a singaporean, don't know what's happening.

from what I know, if u fail medical u will get a letter mailed to ur place.. no phone call.. so if u didn't receive any letter u shld be safe! just give them some time.. sure will hear fr them soon..

you have any idea when they will usually send out the letter? like how long after the medical has been done?
i'm getting so paranoid!

i just went for the pre-employment briefing on the 23rd. did my medical that morning itself. but i had to go back today for another x-ray. cause 11 years ago i fractured my right arm. above the elbow, so they wanted to make sure everything was okay.

kinda weird la, cause it was so long ago, 11 years, it would have definitely healed by now. on top of that mindef graded me as a PES A soldier. but I'm really nervous too, anxiety is killing me.

screamb, i was called down for interview on 26th feb and i cleared the management round on 10th mar, and had my medical done on the same day as well. but till now i have not heard anything from them.
