Hi zeezeesan,

The chances are very slim but you can try because there is a "height reach" test and you might just scrape through.

Do note that height is important sue to safety and service reasons and that is why the airline is rather strict on it.

hope this helps ^^

Just to let all those current SQ CC, and for those who want to try for it...I've posted here a few times (ex tech crew - pilot, NOT SQ). However, I consider the SQ CC to be some of the best in the world.

An example, recently, on an A333 flight AUS-SIN, I was in the large exit row. Next to me was another Aussie woman, who seemed that it was ok for other people she knew to come and sit in cabin crew seats, with unrestrained children. My wife, who I did an ID upgrade, came back from J class on occasion, and stood - we talked for maybe 3 minutes each time. The others, had babies, two teenagers, and two adults using the exit.

Upon a small word with one of the CC crew, and then a chat with the CCM/CSM, no problem. They were told to not do it.

Yes, you guys are good, and you knew what was going on. It would have been better if the CC realised this and bought it up. But, you are all much better than any CC I have ever flown with.

So, to the peeps that fly for SQ - great job. To those that want to join, remember you have to be pax focused. SQ do good training, in my honest opinion.

Best of luck to all and I wish you best wishes for your current or future careers.

Mr. P (ex. Capt tech)
