Hi ladies, I've been reading this forum for a long time alr..
I'm really very interested in applying as a SIA cabin crew (air stewardess), I've matched all requirement except education. But I've passed my "N" level. with credit in english too. can i join them??? should i go for the interview on 12th dec?? can anyone help me?? I'm so depress for this as flying is my dream but I dont like to study.
(
Btw SilkAir is recruiting also, i might wanted to go for a try because they do accept with just N lvl cert.
(
Can anyone help me pls. (

Joyy, I don't think N levels will be able to qualify you for the registration (before the first round.) The website stated specifically, at least O levels with working experience. I know it may sound harsh, but it's a reality check.
Other forumers, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

To all going for the walk-in, we will all try our best and learn from the experience.
There are currently thousands of girls flying for SQ and none of them are perfect.

Standing at 158cm doesnt equate to reaching 212cm where the safety equipment is....
Can anyone shed any light on whether this has been debated before? Is there a reason why the arm reach test is not favoured or used?
Thanks in advance!

Joyce do not waste your time because they would not recruit girls less than 1.58m tall.

Yes, I understand. I'm planning for further studies maybe next year or so? but meanwhile i shall try other airlines first, as to gain more experience. btw i only have 3 credit pass for n lvl, silkair needs 4 credit passes, can i still go for the interview on 11th?

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
