brisk inclined walking has to be done on treadmill right? i hardly got time to travel to a gym. so i'm jogging more now. haha it seems like i'm the only one having weight issues here.

How frequently and how long should we brisk inclined walk? is it better than running on treadmill? (;

okay, what happens is if you run too fast, its resistance trg which also means u'll more likely to gain muscle then lose fat. if you walk too slowly, u'll most probably be burning carbo then fats. keep ur heart rate btw 160-180 which is optimal for burning body fats. first 20mins r usually only warm up hence no fats ll be burn. depending on how hardworking are you, anytime after 20mins u'll be burning fats. when i was trying to lose weight, i do ard 40mins of cardio everyday. took me 9mths to lose 10kg. - sound like a long time, yes. but such weight lost ll not be gain back easily unlike most pple who lose weight in a short time are actually losing more water masses.

Yeah can go to the gym if you like. If not, just brisk walk up slop the mills, flat ground ard your estate or something. That wld do too. Speed really depends on your fitness capacity. i take tt you're untrain? perhaps ard 6 if fine.

I think you can walk to the guardhouse only, and that's the furthest you can go.

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
