LOL. If freckles is bad, she would've been scared off by my dark circles. My friend says it's of resemblance to any eerie horror movies. HAHAHAHA. Shit! Ya, I have tons of mosquitoe bites recently. Abit pissed off with it. Of all timings!!

To be honest I am prepared to be kicked out again in the first round.. I am too fat at 1.6m/56kg-57kg.

I probably will lose that 7kg off but it will take at least another 2-3 months :(

Argghh

(by the way I realise I am 56kg in the morning and 57kg by noon...but well.. im still fat :( )

Anyone else failed on the 13th and going again tmr ??
I'm also fat and i suspect everyone there was laughing at me just now.Sad

I would like to tell you that inferior complexity arise nowadays due to girls becoming like bamboo sticks!

Don't lose confidence!! Doesn't mean you have to be stick thin to be pretty. You just need to have really strong confidence, it can be shown on ur face. No one said confidence comes along with being skinny. :)

Wild Lily, I stand 1.62m weigh 60kg.. I am consider BIG size as compared to normal asian girls. But I am the only one in the group of 7 girls (6 slimmer one) to be selected for kebaya round. And I pass that round given my weight! Just enjoy the interview while you are there..

Interviewers will sense it and enjoy your presence while you are there.

Ultimately, so what if you are freaking pretty and slim but you do not enjoy being with passengers! Might as well SIA put a beautiful hour glass there..

In SIA image is everything, if you do not appear "Fat" then nobody will ask you anything. If they start to ask you your BMI then you would have appear "Fat " to them already, by then even if your BMI is within range you chance would still be bleak...

Ask yourself, do you smile to strangers when you at at the lift lobby, Bus stop, food court or even to colleague in another department whom you have never met? 80% of the population answer is "No" So why do you expect strangers at an interview to smile to you? That's why once you started training, you will be "trained" to smile and greet every thing that moves. This is to re-program your behavior towards strangers whom you will meet in the Thousands when you fly.

Hmm.... Is this question directed to me or pork? If you're asking me, yes I do smile at people I've never met my entire life, that's only if they are looking at me or towards my direction. ;) Or if I'm walking towards them/their direction. I do smile. :)

2nd round is skin check plus kebaya. correct me if im wrong ladies. im a guy so we dont really have skin check and definitely not kebaya. for guys we have to walk a couple of steps, probably abit of skin/hair check and then asked a few trivial questions. 3rd round is the 1-1 interview. 4th and final round is the management interview.

Thank you everyone for the encouragement !

porky purple mdmmilan petals and all who encouraged !!

I went today and fail again and will try again !

By the way, i think one actually need a bit of luck to get thr first round. my friend came along some 3 hours later, totally unprepared and didnt even apply make up on her face until i force her to use mine before her self intro..she didnt even prepare a self intro passage!

And she got through the interview!

I think she had attracted the attention of the interviewers because she was in Australia for the last 8 years, grad recently with a Masters and apologised for wearing jeans. She explained that she didnt mean to disrespect the interview with jeans but because she had just touched down and didnt have the time to unpack her luggage..all last min anyhow pomp one hahahha!

but well, she is tall and pretty and have a beautiful body....

by the way Amber I smile to people all the time ! :D

I smile and chat with the security guards at STC, I smile and chat with taxi drivers, I smile and thank all the waitresses at where i dine and smile at most of the service providers I go to..

And I made two new friends today! Was alone in the queue, didnt know what to do so I turn arnd and asked both of them'hey are u alone too!'

Like that we ended up chatting through the 4 hours and exchanged numbers .. There are very nice girls around ! ( and the stuck up ones with the words " i am tua chio bu" invisibly written on their faces..)

unfortunately all 3 of us went out together too..:(

Seriously I am quite certain I can deliver service because I have track records in my 4 years experience!

When I was at the bank, I was twice a service champion nominee( never win la, but good enuff) and one of the staffs with the highest number of compliments emails and feedback...

I will say it from my heart customer service is my biggest strenght and it is something I enjoy and excel at.

And I had practiced very hard the night before and went on to talk about myself with minimal stutter and absolute confidence..

To be honest, I had gone for a CC talk prior the interview and the speaker did mentioned that I really need to lose weight...

At 56kg I think I look 66...

I am sure I will never be able make it unless I lose another 10kg off..

( I am blardy cursed with a bigger-than-average-Asian pair of boobs..dman! )

For the bigger girls who make it through,, I would say CONGRATULATIONS!!

Being able to make it to the kebaya round only means that you are good and better than all the others around !! It would be the company;s losses for not hiring you but never mind !

We shall all try again !!! NEVER SAY DIE!!

anyway ladies!! dont give up we shld all try again !!!

cheers!
