anyone watch the nonya show in channel 8? dont u think Ou xuan gt the SQ ger look?
she look so so so pretty in the kerbaya and with her hair bun up!!
she did an interview for i-weekly or 8days, i can't remember.
she did said that she applied for SQ cabin crew before and after the 1 to 1 she was out.

she thought she had a strong chance cos the interviewer and her were talking a lot and laughing happily, and she also said that she kept talking.. heee... when announced she was out, she herself was surprised!

and yup, in real person, her shoulders are slanting/slopping, if she wear off shoulders top in drama or programm, u can notice. i guess it is her dancing background, esp ballet that cause the slanting. Wong Lilin also have that kind of shoulders.

sorry ah, off topic. :oops!:

people always say "there is no ugly women, only lazy women" but i think i've been hardworking enough... i always moisturize, sun screen, remove my make up even if i'm dead tired, scrub mask every week and also apply cream from the doctor without fail. but it's really disappointing because there is no improvement and i'm still having outbreaks occasionally :(
my friend doesn’t even moisturize has radiance and tofu skin.
any wannabe has the same problem? what do u do to improve the condition?

Might be wrong about the culture once again but the staff numbers can and do reveal the number of years a crew has been flying or working in the company. \:D/
Age wise, I can easily check the GD before each flight.
Thats because they will think that you felt that their work is no good thats why you want to know how long they have been flying. Also the very senior crew will feel offended because they have been stuck in that rank for so long and by tell you how long will give you the impression that they are a condam crew. crew offend ask for the flying experience befor correcting you the more senoir you are the last forgiving, its like ....you had been flying for so long and yet you still don't know.... or.... 3 months only, in that case i will teach you.....
Wow!!! :o thx u! :D
I learnt lot here and I shall bare these points in mind in the future. \:D/

and oh, I passed my medical check. thx M for the right contact no. O:)
I am not immediately available for the job so I am wondering if SIA could/would issue any official letter for the job offer or one to indicate its acceptance of my long notice period required. can anyone with similar experience or at similar situation or know about it share with me? [-o< [-o<

hm.
I thk patience lor.. it will take some time to heal..
as for the outbreaks.. i thk the prob is slightly beyond skin deep.. it shld take a longer time to stop n heal. maybe you can ask the doc for some med for speedy recovery? dont forget to drink plenty of water n sleep.
i noe cos i had the same prob! hehe...my skin prob has improved pretty well after seeing the dermatologist.

shiniestar: There's no short cut or accelerator here. I've been plagued with outbreaks since heaven-knows-when and even though it's not a huge leap, at least my outbreaks are minimal now after I see the derma. So like what 3ds said, what you need is water, sleep and definitely patience.

I find the CF solution from DRX rather good for blemishes, it costs around $60, can give it a try

sometimes it could be due to yr diet(but if u r eatin healthy n all), stress or hormones. Doc usually prescribe ointmt to apply & anti bacterial to improve e condition. However if ointmts doesnt help, oral medication will be given to suppress e hormone. *important to restrain yrself frm touchin it!! n e medication aint cheap..

Anw, im petite standin only at 1.58m. kinda worried my chance in bein a FA ll be slim cos SIA seems to take in few of gals my build. Hmm..

Yeah like pork 12 says, e medicatn is to be taken continuously cos it's in yr hormones. Unless e hormone changes which diff for individuals.
oh ya. n do nt wash yr face too many times cos it actually erode the nat protective serum produce on our face. This is wat i heard. safer to consult e specialist yeah

Erm, I disagree. SIA do not just go for looks. Does not mean that you are very pretty, you will get in. :)
hmmm.. i think, they do choose those that they think will look good in the kebaya..so far, i have noticed that they choose slimmer and tall girls..from my point of view. and the girls look very demure...
Hmmm.. noticed i mentioned "higher chances" and not confirmed selected by SIA.. anyway.. if u r pretty, who wouldn't want to take more looks at u? :)
