I guess sometimes we really don't understand what are the interviewers seeking for.

tt means ill go first..... good luck to everyone, i pray we all get something good out of this!
remember: when you really want something, the whole universe will conspire and bring it to you.

violettes wrote:hi all
anyway, dont waste money on cab barh =) u can take bus 24 or 12 from tanah merah mrt station. it's a 10mins bus ride there to outside STC.
hi violettes,
i've searched for the bus services and exact bus stops to alight at, but no source is precisely indicative. could you or someone who has been there advise which stop should we alight at? my guess is it should be 1-3 stops after the Expo halls, at Tropicana
condo, East View Garden or Savannah. Unless it's further down at Airport boulevard's stop where the airport police station is?
thanks for any inputs! =)

hmmm...economy is getting so bad right now..WHats more. Singapore is the first Asia countries to be hit by recession..
Wondering the large recruitment activities would RESULT in Retrenchment later..... probably SQ could have been hit hard..

I read this article yesterday after many articles last month reporting in a similar tune.

If i were u i would not risk trying to be the exception that you heard about. Why not make every single attempt the best you could? Being able to wear jeans is not as important as giving a good impression to the interviewers. At least that's how i feel. They are definitely not looking for people who dress like they do not respect the interview.

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
