There is no need to quote so many sentences/paragraphs it simply wastes space. This is one reason the database has to be 'pruned' every so long and sometimes worthwhile posts are discarded.

Hi, I heard from a few people said that once we fail they will record in their system. The next time you go, they will check back the reason you fail and won't let you pass because for them maybe they think we are not suitable for this job and already fail so many times for interview.

but if you are able to portray yourself as a confident, outgoing individual, why should they not choose you? they might have reasons for rejecting an applicant on her previous tries but that doesn't mean that it is that bad. people perform badly at interviews for many reasons and im sure if someone puts in the effort to improve herself and tries to rectify her mistakes... and with added perserverance, i'm sure they'll be able to make it

with that saying, one should be realistic about height, weight, and image issues. we all know how the Singapore Girl looks like don't we?

Wif so many applicants at each recruitment I honestly doubt they keep a thorough record, plus I don't think interviewers at ea rd hav comp to chk up on ea interviewee.
If a person gets thru all rds and the HR chk, it wont make sense to rej the person based on the fact that he/she has tried many times unless there are medical problems or discrepanies in info provided.
Bottomline: if you think it's a waste of time to try just use ur time doing something more constructive lor haha...
