ya i got through from write in.. to me write in is easier... coz no spot lights.. n my skin is not flawless... to me walk in.. skin hav to be flawless...

ya true enuff e spot light is a killer..anw..u tried many tyms too? nw u still studyin or workin alr? actually i juz graduate so nuttg much for me to sae in my intro i realise..

There's something which i don't get.

If like what you guys said, they have recruited enough, why are they still conducting interviews so frequently? Especially this month where they even have a write in? If people are allowed to try on 2july, then 19july again, there won't be much difference other than the luck factor isn't it?

They recruit so much because turnover is very high. Once on the job the 'glamor' quickly wears off and as soon as the bond is up, the person leaves.

Think about this: If the job was so great, why would you need a bond? People would stay because they want to, not because they have to.
