Hi Jiakel,

Thanks! :D

A lot of my friend told me that SIA prefer young girl will nice complexion. It is based on their experience. Everytime when they are going for interview, they noticed that more than 70% SIA will pick young girls. For me, i am not really sure because i went for SIA interview quite sometimes ago where they still held it at STC.

Oh yach, how about scar on other part of body? Do they really particulalr about that? I read in this forum, some say yes, some say no. As long as you are able to cover it with concelear. Do we need to have fantastic hand? My friend told me that your hand need to be soft and silky. :(

Hey Tres Bien Merci,

It's true they PREFER girls with nice complexion, though not flawless skin la. As long as your skin looks fine after makeup, you should be fine. But nice complexion doesn't necessary mean that you must be fair. As long as your skin condition is ok, no major lobangs or scars, you should be quite safe la.

As for the age, I'm 26 and I got in this year. Some of my batchmates are of my age or a yr older or so, I don't see an issue with age here as long as you don't look too old la. Most importantly is your personality fit the job and the way you carry yourself. Most girls are attractive in their own ways even if they may not have the best features on them, its not just about looks or age, really.

I think most of us have scars here and there la, as long as the scars are not obvious or can be covered by the kebaya, you are cleared. Soft and silky hands ah, of course the company would prefer that to a pair of wrinkled hands right, scare the pax later how hehe. :p My hands arent exactly nice to begin with, but still I made it la. They just want to make sure that there's no visible scars and that your hands looks ok that's all.

No worries la, at most while waiting for the next interview to come, be diligent and start applying moisturizing hand cream everyday lor. I'm sure by then your hand will surely be smooth and silky the way they want it. ;)
And so my journey begins... :)
