your welcome ppl..
i'm actually quite afraid that they will warn me for posting so much info on the web.
anyway bond period is still the same 22 mths starting from the day u start training..
attire for the training will be clothes appropriate for the office or business meetings.. no kebaya, because it will take bout 1 month for the tailor to complete only one set of uniform. you will only be able to start to wear casuals when u go for ur safety training which will be in the second month.
kebaya will only be worn during the wet and dry run so do prepare some formal wear to go to work.

I am 26 this year and am married with no kids. Does anyone know whether my status will lessen my chance of getting in sq? Thanks!

This question has been ask before, again I must ask how hairy is hairy?? Fine hair or thick hair?? If you are the interviewer, who would you choose between a girl with hairy arm and a girl with a smooth arm ? I can said that if you are really very outstanding during your interviews, even with hairy arm or a "not so perfect skin" average looking girl, you will be chosen. Go to STC and have a look, 70-80% of the trainees are under this category. Seeing is believing....

Hi girl, you don't have to worry. Many of those who got accepted do not have flawless skin too. =)

SQ to hire 2000 more cabin crew
I’m taking this as a positive sign that the flight industry is coming back, perhaps now it is finally safe to say that SG is reopened for good.

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.

They can come here but not so much for local going there.
