Give wrong email is not kan cheong lah already pass, whats there to be kan cheong of ?? Confirm blur lah...imagine there is only 1 type of main course left on board and you give it to the wrong pax, he also happily and blurry ate it, how are you going to excuse yourself to the pax who have requested for that choice and to your fellow crew ? You can't say that you are new so very kan cheong as you have been through almost 4 months of training you know....You have to stay focus especially filling up of forms as thats the only information that the company will have about you, wrong email/phone no. = uncontactable

Definitely all jobs require a certain amount of concentration. So Val, gotta be more careful. But then it's human to err. Maybe Val will learn to be more careful from now on?

hello i'm new here! didn't knew of this forum until lately haha. just wondering if anyone went for medical on 17th march and is still waiting for mary's call?

did u receive any miss calls from Mary at all? What about others who had gone for medical on the same day? Have they received her call?

What I say next will scare the shit out of you but i am not out to create any unnecessary hoo-ha here but more of to get you prep for the worst.

My friend's group who went for medical check all got their call on the 8th and 9th day, except for her. After another 5-7 days she received her call that she didn't clear her medical check. So be prep for the worse. But if your group hasn't received any calls too, then you should be fine. Whatever it is, i hope it's the latter one for you. Good luck.

no lor...thats the most gan cheong part...cause havent sign the paper yet... we still can get a 'rejection' letter instead of the call/email telling you when you can start..you should have ask those going thru medical checkup...everyone is so paranoid!

me...i went for medical checkup on 19th... briefing on 20th...still waiting...wont know the result before mid april bah...-.-"

i went for walk in interview on 16th ... final on 18th .. medical on 19th ... dun rem havin briefin at all and still waiting !! izzit true we wont know by mid april ? wow dat means another 2 more wks of agonising waiting ?

ohoh..nono....mid april is just for me only...my batch got people confirmed the training dates le...you dont have any pre-employment briefing?? thats strange...they normally give you 2 sheet of paper after your cleared everything mah...one is for medical checkup...the other is the briefing...bring documents all that...

wah so long mid april? some of my friends who went for medical on the same day already got their call and confirmation already. anyway, what did you put for your availability date?

heez...i need still got one document not handed in yet...and will only hand in during april.. that explains why the long wait...think will start training with those april intake bah...ya... actually this phase is the most torturing thingy...cause if you really out in this stage...you can give up trying SQ le...-.-"

SIA will not reveal. But 1 who faces what my friend did shouldn't give up. One of my friend failed her medical once, tried after the ban but pass the subsequent one!
