right.. when this is the place u wanted to join into the forum gathering too.. tsk tsk tsk..

woops.. this is suppose to be a safe and normal forum so plavt will pang sim and dun disturb..

be good, abercrombie. O:)
Yingying2888,
Could you make more of an effort to keep to the subject? While we don't mind a joke or occasionally going off-topic some of your activities appear to be upsetting people.
definitely Plavt. i dint know it will cause such an uproar among the forumers here. i thought this is how we talk with the regular forumers in this forum. But since i'm already warned by you, guess that i'll just shut up and not breathe about any other topics beside SIA should there be someone who is totally against whatever i have to say.

outing organisers, maybe we shud just organise the gatherings somewhere since its interfering in the topics that ppl genuinely wants to find out about.

mgmt round is similar to 1-1. for the people employing you to find out what kind of person you exactly are. service oriented? working for money? adaptability? maturity? whether you understand the unglam sides of the job.. be prepared for questions like "how are you going to handle when a passenger slaps you on board, how will you handle if your superior instructs you to do something that is wrong etc"

in any case, dont say anything bad about SIA. let them know that you're gonna stay long and wont leave when asked to wash the toilets.. for example, for the spillage of hot drinks you can say something like "apologise immediately, get a napkin for the passenger, if cant handle then look for leading fss to help.." for seniority questions, you can say things like you will judge the situations first.. if it will affect SIA reputation etc, then you wont do.. but if it wun cause much hurt to others or the company, u wil do it, after which you can ask other superiors for advice..

be sincere and genuine at all times.. they will be able to see it.. its good to ask them a question, any question if they ask u if you have any questions for them at the end of the interview..

good luck!

There are bound to be a few diff kinds of qns they asked in mgmt rd. Can you roughly recall which are the qns they have posted to you? What are the qns you think that you have answered "wrongly".

If it's scenario qns, perhaps you can try to put yourself in the shoes of the passenger and answer from passenger's point of view (customer are always right that kind of logic)

If it's qns on the company, try read up one the latest news about SIA. (such as all airfare published are inclusive of all taxes etc)

If it's general qns such as tell us more about your family, perhaps you can try to highlight more on your upbringing, match your strength to the qualities that they are looking for.

Hope it helps :)

It might burn up Hafiz's time. Perhaps we can try to link it to other webbies since it was mentioned that we have to keep to the subject. :?
