Actually not everyone looks younger with short hair, so really depends on the features and face shape. I think I'm sticking with my long hair, I look darn auntie in short hair cause they stick out in all directions! Yuck!
haha.. yea.. i look older with short hair..

I look damm tomboy with short hairs, and it reminds me of my nightmare, short hair from primary to sec sch! oh noes...
