i thought starting pay for O's and Diploma holders are the same? 1.2k?

after training and probabtion, there should be some declaration to show that you're officially the full time employer of the company. thats when the pay benefits and conditions will change i guess.

In that case just use O level cert to apply get Diploma for what

anyway the starting pay for o's and dip will still be different when you're confirmed.. frens in SIA says its about 200-300 difference in the basic pay..

Sad day for many SIA crew, losing their jobs, hope they can soon get back to their jobs.
Pilots are taking 50-60% paycuts to keep their jobs.
