not all are tall super model kind de... average is standing @ 1.6m++
as long as you're 1.58m, you can pass.. :)
Hi Venie,

I have a problem.. When i went to the last interview, i was measured at 157cm but the lady still let me proceed to round 1. After i passed round 1, she wanted to take my height again. Then when the lancome lady took my height, the HR lady still say i'm not tall enough but the lancome lady still let me pass. But couldn't get pass after skin check.

How? U think i should still try for next interview? Do u think they are very strict on that last cm?

Appreciate your kind advice..
actually they're quite particular abt height. and that's why they do a few rounds of measurement during the interview.

you can try ya luck.. but dun put too much hope..
coz i heard of ppl pass the first round and proceed to kebaya..
den when she did her height measurement for kebaya round, she was not qualify.

it depends on the interviewer.. lenient ones they will close one eye..
otherwise

weight ok la.. as long as your appearance look proportional.. even though a bit on fleshy side shouldn't be a problem..

usually i dun think there will be any big issue la..
so long as you dun have any major illness before or any sickness bla bla bla..

but they're quite concern abt your spine coz when you're serving the pax.. you have to keep standing up and bending down..

dun worry too much k.. as long as no calls from the clinic den it's good news.. hehe..

Any idea if they check the back?

Mine doesn't give me problems (i.e. aches or pains) but it might make my back look a lil unproportionate :( i'm worried..especially for kebaya round (thats if i manage to make it that far)
well.. den they will see if you have scoliosis ma.. (s-spine)

from the chest x-ray they will be able to tell how's your spine..

if necessary they will ask you to go back for another x-ray on your spine(this will be at your own expense)

if your curve degree is less than 20 den should be fine..
Venie, i have scoliosis but was told its mild..anyway the clinic will call if they realize that on the xray right? the clinic u had ur check up is the same as us which is at paragon rite?

yup..
the same clinic.. but the x-ray is not done @ paragon.. it's @ Mt E..

for me, after my x-ray i stayed back to wait for the report to be out..
it took abt 1.5 to 2hr for the report to be out.. the report will state the range of your curve (ie: below 20 degrees, @ 25 degrees...)

most imptly as long as your curve is below 20 degrees.. you will be fine..
