hi everybody,

i went for my medical check yesterday but received a call from the clinic today saying that i've got mild scoliosis, now i've got to go back for a repeated xray.
just wanna check if there's anybody who went back for 2nd xray and then got rejected cause of this issue? so worried right now.. pls advise.

hi, no worries, so long its not more than 20deg, shld be no prob.
someone went for 2nd xray, and it turns out perfectly fine, might be ur standing position?

anyway , u have any scoliosis history?

i don't. it came as a shock to me too since i have no history at all. but my 2 friends who i went med check with also got that same call. really hope its nothing to worry about.

I just came back from my write in interview at 2.15. I think there is abit changes now.

For the 1st rd, it is 2 to 8 not 2 to 10 for today.
For kebaya rd, they check you wearing the kebaya as well as skin check together. So if they ask u to change out of the kebaya doesn't mean you fail.
For the 1 to 1 interview, the lady just ask about why you want to be cabin crew etc, which is the same i guess.

I managed to clear all these left the mgmt rd.

What i understand is that as for the management rd, if you can start work at Jan 22 2008, they will arrange for you the final rd at 3rd Jan. But for me, i can't start immediately, so i will have to wait for them to contact me regarding the final rd.

Thats about it for today hee

hey peeps....am back too...am in Group 5 today...and today's arrangement is indeed weird...my group there's 4 guys n 4 girls for Round 1.

Result - 3 guys got in, n 1 girl only.

The 1 girl is not me....sigh! It's okie lar....just abit sad.....

Then I dun know if they made it afterall....the guys are indeed just a few.....unlike the walk-ins..

Hmm....dun know if I should still try for the next walk-in in Jan...age might be an issue with them afterall....haiz....

Thanks Venie, i thinking i was very nervous throughout my body kept shaking. Lucky to got it throught, now i have to be prepared for my final already hee

Hi, im new here but ive been following up on the posts. I had my walk-in on the 1st of dec but was booted out at the kebaya round. So this time i decided to try out for the write-in. Thankfully, i got thru all the rounds. I was in group 8.
I was the only 2 out of the 8 to get thru the first round. N Their questions were, 'tell me about yourself briefly' and 'share with us a movie that you jus watched recently and y u wud wanna recommend it'. I was quite surprised to c most of the girls getting out. The girl apart from me was currently a JAL Stewardess.
Next was the kebaya round, the usual thing. catwalk thru n fro n the interviewer asked me if this is my first time n whether i got thru the kebaya round prev. She was rather more friendly this time round. N so both of us got thru the round. Skin test n catwalk done at the same time. N lastly we had to wait for over an hour for the 1-1 int n i got thru the other gal din.
I truly believe that it is the way u talk n the way u answer them, u dun haf to impress them, jus b urself and answer their questions related from ur working experience. Im really hopeful for my final. Hope ill get thru it on the 3rd.

My interview today was EXACTLY like sokeai.

managed to pass all rounds and coz i cannot start immediately, they will contact me on my management interview in within these 2 months.

hahah i saw my score sheet.
anyway, they alllll told me my skin was bad. but i passed coz my make up is an inch thick and i told them i'm undergoing treatments. =)

hmmm passing rate till management interview would be about 20% today.
