i used to do sports a lot and now i'm a bit scared.

okok. truth. some people need a lot lot lot of hardwork to tone up and slim down while for some, its very easy.

if u're really too lazy to go exercise, u can consider doing sauna.
and not only that, pls do stretching. as in, real stretching until u wanna sream tat kind. do every night b4 u go to bed. it helps! =)

10 min of stretching every night on your bed b4 u go to sleep.
and you'll find your thighs and stuff not so flabby and will tone up a little.
worth trying =D

Give up a higher paying job?

Post by gladys_lopez » Wed, 26 Dec 2007 11:54 pm

Was wondering if anybody is facing the same dilemma as me..
Would you give up your current job which is paying much higher than what SIA is giving? Sigh.. I'm really feeling distressed cause when i went to try the first time, didnt expect that i'll not make it and it made me want it even more.. Think it's more of an ego issue and now i'm really stuck though i really want to succeed in the end.. Anybody feeling the same? :(

Hi Yingying2888, it's true, ultimately it's what makes u happy in the end. Don't think there's any other job that gives an experience like how SIA does. Coming to the forum really gives one motivation and focus, everybody's really kind and nice. So let's all Jia You together and give our best shot! :D
