Fly United and you will see 55 yo aunties working the aisles as crew.

I flew United a few times this year, both international and domestic… it has gotten a little better. No 55 yo aunties to be found (maybe they retired after Covid), but the attitude is still less pleasant than in Asia — not all of them, but you always get one or two who are just not that genuinely nice; if you are lucky you won’t encounter them.

Domestic flights have gotten worse in terms of nickel and diming you — on one flight I had to pay $70 to check 2 pieces of luggage and around $100 to seat my family of 4 together in economy (otherwise we’d be scattered all over the plane). And of course, no meals served on the 4 hour flight across the country. The only thing missing — to kick you in the rear end as you deplane.

I am not sure but I know 2 girls whois from hkg they are 39. Not from sq, before. Also, a few girls I know are over 30, brand new being accepted. I think it's about interviewer like you or your vibe.

Hello! I had went for the walk interview in May and passed all rounds. Done medical check up and i've yet to receive a call/letter. My availability is in Sep. Does anyone know if they'll call me nearer to my availability? Thanks!

Went for the 29th July SQ interview in KL and passed. Any idea on how to begin looking for accommodation? Kinda lost and it's all looking expensive as hell 😭

anyone can share if there were males invited for flight stewards during the interview session? or only females invited? tia!!!
Did you ever received any feedback regarding this question. I’m very strong after many years of my surgery but obviously the corrections will show up on any X-rays. And to the people criticizing this question, I’m eligible to join the marines and navy and I’ve passed their medical tests so there is no question I’ll be able to fulfill my duties better than 95% of other crew members.

Thanks in advance for any help. I’m shortlisted for a great position but my long ago spinal issues concern me still.
