Hi everyone! I went for the interview on 14 april 2012 and got through all stages. Medical status is still pending and waiting for the call. Everyday is just pure agony waiting. :(

Anyone from that batch got a call yet? My availability is from june 2012 onwards. Does anyone know usually how long they usually take to call after medical for this year?

(Edit: Btw, I still owe them my ORD letter for my NS which i can only get it when i ORD on the last day of May 2012. Do you think they will call me before i ORD or after?)

Hot0707: When did you state your availabilty? Was it immediate? I'm so worried about the results. It seems like nobody got any calls on my side yet. I hope they start to call next week or maybe before the next walk-in :(

glola2: I've stated one month notice. yes im really worried about the results too, cant seem to stop worry about it. Did the lady told you guys that she will call in between 1 week to 1 month after the medical check up during the briefing? I guess prolly she will start calling next week *hopefully, finger crossed*

Hot0707: after the management round, she told us she will call us after we ord. That is my case la. Haha.but should there be any rejection, there should be no reasons to wait until I ord then tell me I got rejected right? I hope they'll just call me and confirm before I ord..

I checked on posts dated way back, some of the guys if I didn't remember wrongly, they all got confirmation before they ord. I'm not quite sure as well la. I have been so paranoid reading so many things. But hopefully what she told you was true. Between 1 week to 1 month. Do keep me in the loop here if you get the call won't you? :)

Hey. They will call you only when u have ord to ask you submit your ord cert, followed by a few days later to inform your trg date. Trust me, till now, I've waited for 2 months plus since my medical for their call. Like you, Im still waiting for my ord which is in June too. Are you iN the army, police or cd? Do

rampalicious87: hey bro. Im in the army. Mind if i ask where you got your sources? So am i right to say if i don't get any rejection letters until i ord on 31st May, my medical is cleared and im safe? cus im scare when they collect our letter of service when we ord and then there might be a possibility that they'll reject us after. im so confused with the procress man. haha.

Hey glola2. If you were to back track the forum for a little bit, you can actually find out that there's a guy who received his rejection letter before he ord. like what most people say, rejection letters are out usually a week to a month after your medical. I have quite a few friends who have already started training that had to wait a few months until they ord date, for their call. So for now, I think we'll just wait until its nearing to our ord date. But I have to a lil longer cause I ord on 6 June. Don't mind me asking, what pes are you?

rampalicious87: im in pes A. but the doctor did notice that i have slight flat foot. i told him no pain though. but im still worried. you?

well, so since you havent got any letters from them yet you probably got thru and they're just waiting to slot you into a training date. how long did your friends wait after ord for the call? an estimation?

There was a slight problem with my bp, but after a few readings it went to normal. As long as you are not called up for any additional medical tests, take a sigh of relief. The longest was 4 months to ord. subsequently he was called up to submit ord cert after a few days of his ord date. Yep.

rampalicious87: u mean to say he was called 4 months after he ord? or just a few days later?

i hope there's training in june, since there is another walk-in in may, so they can call us as soon as we ord.
