Website did not mention when is the training start. There only stated when is the next walk-in. Please read carefully.

Yes you will be allowed through, but you will have to produce your certificates to them because they'll want to see the original copy during pre employment briefing.

are there any SIA cabin crews here who can share their experiences throughout their interview. Like what happened for every round so that the cabin crew wannabes like me could be better prepared?

And are there by any chance/exceptional cases that girls who are around 1.54/1.55m in height got to be a cabin crew?

Please share cuz i've been wanting to go there but i'm too scared to be rejected right at the door when they look at my form. =S

hi queenbee,
For the height issue, we dont really know what is exactly the "cut -off" even though the requirement states 1.58m.
I was there during the last walk-in. There was a girl who is infront of me and was measured 1.56m and the lady asked her to touch the red tap on the wall, she managed to touch it (tip toed) and pass it.
BUT the girl who was behind me (i was waiting for her to go into the waiting rm with me thus was there to see her being measured) was disqualified. She was measured at 1.55m, the lady kept asking her to stand straight and she was nice enough not to press her "bun" down however she was still measured at 1.55 and she was asked to go back without given a chance to touch the red tape.

If you are keen to go for the interview, just go and try. Even if you got rejected, at least you know you have tried, if not you will just keep on pondering about it :)

Hi maine21,

Thanks thanks!! That's what i tot too but i'm just scared others would think that i'm such a wanna be u see n still have a thickskin face to actually go n try for the walk-in. None of my fren knows about it.

Are there anyone there who wish to go for the walk-in? Shall we go together and give each other some support?
