Hey yup i just found out from my cousin who is an ex steward and i guess you have no problem but you wear contact lenses i guess. For the acne if its is not so much then it is ok. They want to to be good in your english words when your speak and be humble. Just go for it and enjoy youself.

based on the following can anyone give me their opinion whether i might stand a chance

1.85m
vision degree of 500

graduating from NTU in july 2007

can any air stewards enlighten me on how the interviews are going to be conducted? what do they look out for guys other confidence and grooming
is there anything else i can do to prepare myself for the interview?

Hi TYR!!

I think vision is ok. SO long u wear contact lenses.
This isn't a pilot recruitment. :)

U're graduating soon and thats ok too.

Maybe borrow some concealer from a female friend and cover those scars if u're worried bout it. :)

A good person to ask bout Steward stuff is my senior, M!, who's helpful!
Haha.
He's pretty busy lately but drop him a private msg or just type here.
He'd reply when he's available!! :D

But basically, u should know what they're looking for in their candidate la.

Good english, well mannered & polite,
well-groomed, pleasant looking, friendly & approachable looking,
good smile, easy-going personality, and one that can take hardship?

Hi Catchmeifucan!!!

Nah, i dun wanna call them. Dun wanne add more trouble to they're already busy schedule.

When they said they'll call, they will.
We as applicants, should wait patiently.

They told us we can expect a call from them at least 1.5 weeks later. Yup.

I missed their call Last thurs. *faint*
Anyway, they called me again today already!!! :)

I'm starting training on the 24th. :D

I'm so HAPPY!! :)

Hi ramonamahala,
there are gurls who passed management wif me and are 16-17 for BMI.

They look normal. Not emaciated or super skinny.
Just right.
So its good. :D

But we can't be 23 and over though. :)

So long u don't look too skinny. :)

Ditto. Though I have people telling me I should eat more. Sigh. It's not that easy to put on weight when you want to. When you don't want to put it on, it just keeps coming.

I guess just do it with small meals here and there since we're unable to eat alot at one go and hopefully it'll work. Least that's what my doctor asked me to try out. Stock up on vitamins as well. :)
