Where to find reasonably priced jewellery?

I really don't know where I should post this topic, so I decided to post it here on the Beauty forum, because that's my girlfriend is. Heh.

Anyway, I'm looking for a reasonably priced necklace with a red diamond. Nothing too fanciful, just a silver necklace with a small red diamond. Anyone has any idea where can I find a reasonable priced one? Been to all the 'big and famous' jewellery shops in Singapore and they seem to cost so much!

So does anyone have any idea where to get a nice and not-too-small or not-too-big one? My budget is $200. Thanks.

Bugis Junction sells a lot of trinkets of cheap jewellry as well as Tekka market, mostly ethnic or not the greatest quality though.

I think citigems and takka are having sales now so you may be able to pick something up in yr price range. Ive seen a lot of signs and adverts for them.
I actually did manage to pick up a nice white diamond pendant for my mom from citigems last year for $188. Wasnt too small and the design was really pretty.
