Can I appeal a deferment decision?

Post by MRS YUEN » Sun, 23 May 2010 9:58 pm

Hi, I have applied for NS deferment for my son pending renunciation at age 21. Unfortunately, it was rejected.

I suspect the rejection could be due to us owning an HDB flat. Would it help now if we sell the flat? Is it possible to apply again, or appeal the decision?

Why would that have anything to do with it?

There are a set of protocol needs to be follow.
Rejection of deferment is purely on NS issue and has nothing to do with your HDB house
You have not explain your circumstances leading to this hence I suggest you read this thread
