Any luck selling western tv series (dvd's) in Singapore?

I was just wondering whether anyone here has tried selling their DVD's they bought overseas in US/UK/AUS, and what sort of luck you had with that? (and the sorts of sale price you got)

Eg, I have some box sets that cost me $80 a box in Australia and I am wondering should I quickly sell them off before I arrive in Singapore.. or whether I don't need to be so rushed, and can take them with me - then sell them when I arrive in sg.

Any advice is appreciated. thanks in advance

You get peanuts for them here, its a combination of:

1. The average Singaporean being tight fisted
2. Johor is just over the causeway and you can get pirated version for a few bucks.

Put it this way I sold the complete first season of prison break on ebay Singapore for $2.60
