Digital cinemas with analogue ads.

It appears that majority if not all of the cinemas in SG are now digitised. You can tell it from more dynamic scenes where the movements are not that smooth or directly seeing individual pixels if unlucky enough to seat too close to the screen. Now, majority of the annoying ads for the almost deaf that are displayed before the start of the movie appears still recoded on an analogue film (dust, random grains). Assuming this is not a fake (why Starhub should do it advertising Motorola phones?) what sense does it make?
