Pls answer if anybody knows if it is ok to work as a freelancer with DP.
Additionally, if DP holder earn money,does he have to pay income tax?

I am still awaiting my dp, but I believe, you are allowed to start business in your own name, once you have the DP.

You must still apply for application for work permit, once you register has a sole trader, and of course you must pay tax once registered.

I have been freelance for 4 years, but i have not given up residence in Europe, due to the fact i spend over 183 days in Europe, I don't believe there is any benefit, to move my business just yet.

I am considering starting a partnership here in Singapore, providing i find someone with the right qualifications.
