- 2 years in financial reporting and analysis;
- 1+ years in M&A valuation and Due Diligence
- MBA + Engineering B.S.
- English + Mandarin

How much is the market value? I am currently paid S$3500/month.

In that case you lack market exposure and are actually significantly overpaid.

Here is what I suggest; tell your boss that you feel you need a pay review. When this happens explain that you feel guilty at being paid so much for doing so little and ask for a pay reduction.

This is not as crazy as it might sound. I did this with my boss and he told me that he admired my honesty and spirit, but actually increased my salary. A sort of reverse psychoology, if you will.
