I will be attending NTU for the 2010/2011 program year, arriving in Singapore mid-July.
I am wondering about relatively affordable housing within reasonable proximity to NTU.
** What would "affordable" housing cost? I am preferring a single room apartment or one-room, no share or house mate, if possible.
** Do apartments generally come with aircon and washing machine? How much is average utilities?
** How does the search system work in Singapore? Are agency fees worth it? Are the exorbitant?
What else am I missing? Any leads, links or other information that can be provided is appreciated.
Thanks!
