Actually I have been looking for it high and low, didn't find anything that says about the signature and couldn't find much about what I can do or not, especially the forum section I am interested in.
Can anyone enlighten me please? My eye sight is failing me trying to search for me. Before I even post, I have been searching for it.

Obviously your eyesight IS failing. You couldn't even see the orange banner which should have given you some clue as to our position on Advertising.....
The Rules here are constantly evolving therefor we make use of the Stickies at the top of the various forums. They are stickies for a reason! To be read by all posters so that they understand the rules here.
As you have already noticed the only real advertising is the paid for banner ads and the accompanying stickie that they are given (they still cannot advertise in the threads themselves).
Therefore, you are already abusing our hospitality by having your nick, your avatar and your link all as a method of advertising. This has already put you on the "watch this guy" list as it's obvious you did not come here with questions, nor are you here to help others, but instead you are here only to help yourself.
Here are two Stickies for you to start with. And please note, we WILL be watching.
Commercial posting (anti-spam) guidelines
IMPORTANT ALL POSTERS PLEASE NOTE!

The reason I am asking is because I don't understand. To have something in my signature will be deemed as advertisement. I didn't came to advertise. My ads will be in classified. I read the sticky on the posters, it didn't say anything on the signature part. It just say no this and no that, mostly relating to the newspaper. So may I ask what is okay in the signature? I saw people with their own websites too.
I'd suggest you guys put some rules on the signature part too so that we can read on it. I know posting of ads will be deleted and I'm not going to post XXXX for $XXXX.

* Keep any and all signatures limited to one line or one icon, no blatant selling allowed.

Posting of links in your messages to items in the classifieds is also not allowed. To put it simply, we allow you to place a single hyperlink or a single line of text (at 800x600 resolution). You are not allowed to refer to it in your posts (it's all we allow and it's called passive advertising). You are also not allowed to refer to links to items that you may have placed in the classified section of the site nor are you allowed to put things like PM me, Email me if recommending a site as it would then look like you are soliciting business yourself or working for a commission. However, we do encourage recommendations from satisfied users of a service. These are allow to be posted and in fact, encouraged. But if you are recommending your own company that isn't a recommendation but it's a solicitation. Big difference. Same thing goes for referring to your own blog as well.
I'd also like to underline that the moderators will enforce the spirit of these rules, not the letter, so creative ways to circumvent them will be stomped on.

Read and comprehend both posts in that thread and you will be okay.
As far as you nick is concerned, if you have deleted you 'tar, the nick I can live with. But please don't refer to you signature or to links in the classified.

Noted with thanks.
1 last question, I wanted to give away a free accounting software for all business owners. It is in my blog, where do i do that? The designers put it in my server so people can D/L it FOC. There is no catch and no terms and condition, just free of charge.
I pm you the link?
Another thing I want to hilight, I own one of the photo's copyright in the classified ads (related services in the business section, the one with alot of doors), don't worry I'm not going to issue you any notice on that. I just wanna hilight in future if you guys need to use my photos, just drop me an email to request to use it, if it is for a good cause, I will allow it.
