He's an old college friend of mine from Washington State University but the usual google + facebook techniques have failed. It also doesn't help that he's probably one of many people here who go by the name of Michael Goh.

Chances are if he's a working professional, he may be listed.

A good way is to get in touch with WSU 's alumni association, if he is a Singaporean with an American education there is a high chance that he is in the US
