Wet/Sweaty hands while playing Squash/Tennis....

Post by Lenochka » Wed, 12 May 2010 11:06 am

hi,
i wonder if there are any Squash/Tennis player out there who can tell me what they do to combat the "wet/sweaty" hands and fingerns while playing. I occasionally face the issue that the racket slides out of my hand during a shot due sweat making the whole handheld wet...

any idea how to prevent or limit that ?

Cheers
M.

Low tech options
1) wrist band (stops the sweat running down your arm)
2) towel

Wife swears by these grips tapes, you have to change them quite often she plays everyday and changes them every fortnight.
