Hi all!
I came here to sg since 1m0nth as a tourist and s presently lukin for a clinical job. Im a nurse by prof. and has 3yrs exp, ex-abroad. Actually im at a lost of where to go and of how d application procedure s done. I'v tried fr newspapers dt r usually managed by agents askng $3000 agent fee. My visit pass s about to expire so i hav to make d m0st of my time here. Any help frm kn0wlegeable members wil be greatly appreciated. Ty

for most foreign nurses in Singapore, they are hired from a recruitment agency usually overseas so its hard to do walk ins for that field. if you are open to other jobs,you can try applying for other kinds of job related to your field for the meantime?

They don't hire walk in applicants for nursing staff in hospitals here. The practice is via recruitment agency, this is because the hospital don't want to carry out paper/HR works for new hires.

Normally, nurses here get a salary aroung 1.5K to 1.8K with 10-12 hour shifting jobs..
